ChallengeU2Cook.com is the brainchild of Vonnie Jeffers, an energetic woman with a passion for cooking.  When she's not helping kids in the kindergarten classroom, she's cooking ready to eat dinners for on the go individuals and families.  When she's not cooking these delightful, packaged to travel, homecooked meals for her customers, she's cooking for her husband and children.  Vonnie can be found most evenings behind a cookbook, cooking magazine or online honing her skills.

If she has time, she's cooking up a treat for her faithful friends Gabe, a 14 year old mixed breed, Dooley, a 3 year old Scottish Terrier or Henry, a 9 month old Mauser.

Vonnie's great desire is to encourage all to try their hand at creating their own meals from the ingredients in their kitchen and enjoy the journey.
